[Brief Introduction of Corn Dryer]

Corn skin also called corn bran, it is the by-product of starch and germ, its main composition is corn skin. Spraying the corn yellow pulp which has high content of protein and energy, make its energy, protein and amino acid content increase greatly. Its features: (1) color is yellow; (2) palatability, animals like eating; (3) 1.7 ~ 2.5 5Mcal/ kg energy (4) more than 90% digestion rate.

Corn skin dryer mainly constituted with heating source, feeder, feeding machine, rotary roller, discharging machine, exhauster, unloading cabinets and cooling system.

Corn pulp and corn skin mix in the blending machine, after mixing, the wet corn skin with 30-40% water is sent to feeding machine by feeder. Then it is sent to the dry roller by feeding machine. Corn skin is turned over by the plate in roller and disperses uniformly and fully contact with air. The dried corn skin dregs are discharged by discharging machine. Through cooling system, production's drying degree and color are uniform and ideal.
